Father God, I come before You right now lifting up my brother Jason. Lord, Your Word says to taste and see that You are good, and that the man who trusts in You is blessed. I anchor this week's prayer there, because whatever Jason is carrying right now, the answer starts in the same place it starts for every one of us: You are good, and You can be trusted.
Lord, before I ask You for anything, I want to thank You. I did not find Jason. You put him in my path. There was nothing accidental about how we met, and there is nothing accidental about him sitting at this table now. Your fingerprints were all over it, and I want to say so out loud. Thank You for orchestrating it. Thank You for bringing him into this brotherhood. Thank You that Your divine hand was clear and present in the whole thing.
Father, You know exactly where Jason is this week. You know what is on his mind when he wakes up and what he is still thinking about when he lies down. You know the things he has told people and the things he has not. I bring all of it to You, seen and unseen, and I ask You to meet him in every part of it.
Father, let Jason taste Your goodness this week in a way he can point to. Not a vague sense. Something specific. A provision. A conversation. A door. A moment of peace that arrives out of nowhere. Give him evidence that You are paying attention, because You are.
Lord, where he is carrying weight, give him rest. Where he is uncertain, give him clarity or the peace to wait. Where he is strong, keep him humble. Where he is struggling, lift his head. Bless his family, his work, and his walk with You. Let him lead the people in his life from a place of trust in You rather than pressure.
Father, build his trust in You this week. Not the kind that requires everything to go well. The kind that holds when it does not. Show him that trusting You is not risky. It is the safest thing a man can do.
And Father, I rebuke every attack of the enemy on Jason in this season. Satan, you have no authority here. You do not get to convince Jason that he is on his own. You do not get to whisper that God is too busy or too far. You do not get to keep him isolated from the brothers God has put around him. We see your schemes, and we shut the door on every one of them in the name of Jesus.
Father, build a wall of protection around Jason's heart, his mind, his home, and his work. Send Your angels ahead of him into every room this week. Let him feel Your nearness so clearly that the enemy's voice loses every inch of ground it tried to take.
Refill what is empty, Lord. Give Jason moments of joy this week that come out of nowhere, just to remind him that You see him, You delight in him, and You are fighting for him.
I thank You for Jason. I thank You that You went out of Your way to bring him to this table. Draw him close this week, and let him know that his chair was set before he ever walked in.
In Jesus name, Amen.
Taste and see that the Lord is good, brother. I have already tasted it in you. I do not believe our meeting was chance. God orchestrated it. He put you in front of me, and He put you in this group, and He did it on purpose. That is His goodness, and it happened before either of us asked for it.
I want to be honest with you. I would rather pray for the specific things you are carrying than the general ones. Your chair at this table is not a formality. If there is something on your heart, I want to know it. The prayer request box on this page comes straight to me and stays between us.
Until then, hold onto this. The God who was good enough to bring us together is good enough to be trusted with whatever you have not said out loud yet.
Your prayer request was sent directly to me. I'm praying with you. You don't have to carry this one alone.
